Convenient location near metro station and supermarkets, helpful morning staff, close proximity to Burjuman Metro Station, comfortable and clean rooms with provided amenities like microwave and kettle.

This hotel is an amazing value for money. The prices are very reasonable and the attention to detail is impressive. The location is fantastic, being so near to Burjuman Metro station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen, allowing for a comfortable and convenient stay.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was absolutely fine.

The hotel has a good location, conveniently located close to public transportation and popular tourist attractions. The free breakfast buffet was a nice bonus and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
The mattress was old, uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. The bathroom sink was clogged and the towels were not replaced daily, despite being left on the floor for the staff to take.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for the rooms. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, with the staff ensuring that every aspect of my stay was taken care of. The location of the hotel, being very near to the metro station, was also a major plus point. Lastly, the breakfast served was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from.
While I had a very good stay overall and could not fault the hotel in any way, there was one minor aspect that could be improved upon.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience! The location was very convenient, with the Burjuman metro station and supermarket close by. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the public areas, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Transportation was also easy, and I didn't have to worry about parking. The staff, especially the morning staff, were very helpful and accommodating. it was a fantastic stay.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro station, which made it easy to explore the city. We loved the dining area and proximity to various attractions. the room and bathroom were clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and appreciated the comfortable bedding.
There was an issue with the narrow basement ramps.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. With affordable prices, you get a lot of bang for your buck. Additionally, the attention to detail is impressive, from the well-maintained rooms with proper furniture to the fully equipped kitchens. The hotel's location, just a short walk from the Bur-Juman Metro station, is incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
The only aspect that could be improved is the AC, which seemed to have some issues.
